What Are Your business Hours?

We Are Open To Serve You Monday Through Saturday From 10AM To 8PM And Are Closed On Sundays. These Hours Are Designed To Help Accommodate Our Clients Who Require Appointments After Work Or On Weekends. 


We Encourage Clients To Follow Us On All Of Our Social Media Pages. We Use These Platforms To Keep You Informed Of Any Scheduling Adjustments, Including Special Holiday Hours Or Closures.

We’re Conveniently Located At 202 West Haralson, Just One Block North Of The Heart Of Historic Downtown Lagrange, Directly Behind The Iconic First Baptist Church On The Square. This Prime Location Makes Us Easy To Find, Whether You’re A Lagrange Local Or A Visitor Exploring The Charming Shops And Restaurants Downtown Has To Offer. 


For Those Who Call Lagrange Home, We’re Proud To Be A Trusted Part Of The Community, Offering A Tranquil Retreat For Relaxation And Self-Care That Fits Seamlessly Into Busy Schedules. We Are Just A Short Distance From Great Wolf Lodge, Courtyard By Marriott-Downtown Lagrange, And The Beautiful Del’avant Event Center, Making Us An Ideal Choice For Guests Staying In The Area. 

Where Should I Park?

We Offer Several Parking Options To Accommodate Our Clients. Parking Is Available In The Front Of The Building, As Well As Free Public Street Parking. Please Note That These Spots Are Limited And May Not Always Be Available. Additional Parking Is Available In The Larger Lot At The Back Of The Building. However, Please Be Aware, If You Park In This Lot, You Will Need To Walk A Short Distance Around To The Front Entrance, As There Is No Public Access From The Rear.


We Kindly Ask That You Avoid Parking In The Lots Of Adjacent Businesses, As These Are Private And Reserved For Their Customers. If You Have Any Accessibility Concerns Regarding Parking Or Need Further Assistance, Please Reach Out To Us Directly, And We Will Be Happy To Help.

Do You Offer Same Day Appointments

While Same-Day Appointments Are Possible, They Are Not Always Likely Due To Limited Availability. It Largely Depends On The Type Of Service You’re Seeking. For Example, Waxing Services May Be Available For Same-Day Booking, While Massage Therapy Or Skincare Appointments May Be Less Likely, As They Require A Longer Time Commitment.

 We No Longer Manage Our Appointment Waitlist Over The Phone But Joining Our Waitlist Online Is Quick And Easy!

How Far In Advance Should I Book An Appointment?

We Recommend Booking As Early As Possible To Secure Your Preferred Time. Our Schedule Is Open Online Up To One Month In Advance, But The Best Time To Book Your Next Appointment Is Before You Leave Your Current One!


Availability Can Vary Throughout The Year, But Appointments Around Holidays Like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, And Christmas Tend To Fill Up Very Quickly. To Avoid Disappointment, We Recommend Scheduling Well Ahead Of These Peak Times. 

Can I Book An Appointment For Someone Else?

Yes, You Can Schedule An Appointment For Someone Else By Becoming Their Authorized Scheduling Representative (ASR). This Role Is Designed For Individuals Who Regularly Book Appointments On Behalf Of Others, Such As Family Members And Caregivers. For Full Details, Including How To Designate, Remove, Or Become An ASR, Please Review Our Authorized Scheduling Representative Policy.


If You're Scheduling A One-Time Appointment As A Gift, We Encourage Purchasing A Gift Certificate Instead For A More Flexible And Convenient Experience For The Recipient. 

The System Will Not Allow Me To Schedule, Cancel, Or Change My Appointment, Why Is This Occurring And What Should I Do?

There Are Several Reasons You May Be Experiencing Difficulties:

  • Technical Problem: Occasional Issues Within The Scheduling System Can Disrupt Client Access To Appointments
  • Account Hold: Your Account May Have A Hold Placed On It, Often Due To An Outstanding Balance
  • Notification Period: You May Be Outside The Allowed Timeframe For Making Changes To Your Appointment 


We Understand That Encountering These Situations Can Be Frustrating, And Clients May Attempt To Create A New Account To Resolve The Issue. However, To Prevent Additional Complications Within The System, Duplicate Accounts Will Be Removed, And Any Appointments Linked To Those New Accounts Cancelled.


If You Encounter Any Of These Challenges, Please Reach Out To Us Directly. Our Team Is Here To Assist You With Any Necessary Changes And To Resolve Any Outstanding Fees Or Balances. 

I Booked My Appointment, Is There Anything Else I Need To Do?

Yes! After Every Booking, It Is Imperative You Verify That You’ve Received An Appointment Confirmation Email. If You Are Unable To Locate This Email, Your Appointment Is Not Confirmed. If You Experience Difficulty Booking Online, Reach Out To Us For Assistance. 


Once Your Appointment Is Confirmed, Regardless Of How Far Out Your Appointment Is Scheduled For, All Clients Are Required To Complete And Submit Their Intake Packet By 10AM The Day After Booking. Failing To Meet This Expectation Will Result In The Cancellation Of Your Appointment.

Are Your Providers Authorized To Accept Tips?

Absolutely! Many Clients Choose To Utilize Tipping As A Way To Show Their Appreciation To Their Provider For The Exceptional, Personalized Care They Receive. However, Tipping Is Completely Optional And Will Never Affect Our Commitment To Ensuring Every Client Leaves Feeling Their Absolute Best. 

Do You Accept Insurance?

No, We Do Not Accept Insurance Of Any Kind. By Choosing To Opt Out Of Insurance Processing, We Avoid The Extensive Administrative Costs And Time Associated With Filing Claims, Allowing Us To Dedicate More Time To Our Clients And Keep Our Prices Affordable.


Many Plans Do Allow The Use Of FSA (Flexible Spending Account) And HSA (Health Savings Account) Cards For Massage Therapy Visits. However, Because We Do Not Handle Insurance Claims, You Will Need To Check Directly With Your Insurance Provider To See If Your Plan Offers This Benefit, As We Are Unable To Verify Your Plan’s Details. 

How Can I Estimate My Final Total Cost For Services?

No One Likes Surprises At Checkout! Relax Knowing We Offer Clear And Transparent Pricing With No Hidden Fees Or Additional Charges For Enhancements, Products, Modalities, Or Providers. Gift Certificates Can Be Purchased In Person For Any Service Or Denomination. Since We’re A Small Team Without Front Desk Personnel, We Recommend Calling Ahead Before Stopping By To Ensure We’re Available And Ready To Provide You With The Excellent Customer Care You Deserve.


Gift Certificates Must Be Redeemed Within Six Months From The Date Of Purchase, Or Within 30 Days For Promotional Certificates. We Strongly Advise Treating Them As You Would Cash, As Lost Or Misplaced Certificates Cannot Be Reissued And Will Not Be Honored After Their Expiration Date.
