Cancellation: 

You May Cancel Your Membership At Any Time By Providing 15 Days' Notice To Our Management Team Via Email At anymanagementteam@gmail.com.

Account Freezing: 

In Unforeseen Circumstances, You May Freeze Your Membership For Up To Two Billing Cycles. The Request Must Be Submitted In Writing, And Approval Is At The Discretion Of Management. Your Membership Slot Will Be Held During The Frozen Period As Long As The Freeze Has Been Discussed Prior.

Suspension For Failed Payment: 

If A Membership Payment Is Unsuccessful, Our Team Will Attempt To Contact The Member To Rectify The Account Balance. If We Are Unsuccessful, After The 5-Day Grace Period, The Membership Slot Will Be Forfeited, And Any Upcoming Scheduled Appointments Will Be Released. Communication Is Essential To Prevent Membership Cancellation.

In The Event That Services Cannot Be Provided Due To Circumstances Beyond Our Control (Such As Natural Or Man-Made Disasters, Government Restrictions, Pandemics, Etc.), We Will Make Every Effort To Share The Status Of Our Business Services, Typically Through Our Social Media Accounts. However, As A Family-Oriented Business, The Health And Well-Being Of Our Staff And Their Families Will Always Be Our Top Priority. Depending On The Situation, There May Be Limitations To Communication.

During The Affected Timeframe, All Memberships Will Be Frozen, No Charges Will Occur, And No Refunds Will Be Issued. After Services Are Restored And The Business Reopens, Clients Will Be Contacted In Writing (Using The Email On File) With Next Steps And Any Updates On The Status Of Their Membership.
